Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Title

• Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt, bold.

• Only the title should be written in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.

2. Author Information

• Full name (Name SURNAME) and numbered institutional information (¹ Institute, Faculty, Department, City, Country).

• ORCID code (only required for participants from Türkiye).

• Author’s email address and mobile phone number must be included.

3. Abstract Text

• Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt, justified alignment.

• Word count: minimum 250, maximum 500.

• The abstract must include:

  • Purpose of the study

  • Scope

  • Research methodology (must be clearly specified)

  • Main findings

  • Conclusion

• The abstract should be written in clear, concise, and comprehensible language.

4. Use of References

• References, citations, or footnotes should not be included in the abstract.

5. File Format

• Abstracts must be prepared only in MS Word format (*.doc or *.docx).

6. Keywords

• Between 3–6 keywords.

• Separated by commas.

• Must reflect the main concepts of the study.

7. File Naming Rule
After completing the downloaded template, please save your file according to one of the following formats:

• Living Heritage – Our Motifs – Title. Full Name. Paper Title or Artwork Title
