Full Paper Submission Guidelines

1. Title and Author Information

• Title: Times New Roman, 11 pt, bold, written in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.

• Author’s full name(s) and institutional affiliations should be indicated in a footnote.

• ORCID code (required only for participants from Türkiye).

• Author’s email address and mobile phone number must be included.

2. Abstract

• Times New Roman, 11 pt, justified alignment.

• Word count: between 250–500 words.

• The abstract must include:

  • Aim

  • Scope

  • Research methodology (must be explicitly stated)

  • Findings

  • Conclusion

• References, citations, or footnotes should not be included in the abstract.

• Keywords: 3–6 words, separated by commas, reflecting the main concepts of the study.

3. General Length and Language

• Full paper length: minimum 4 pages, maximum 8 pages.

• Languages: Turkish or English.

• The text should be carefully written and proofread for grammar and spelling errors.

4. Text Formatting

• Margins: 25 mm on all sides.

• Line spacing: single line.

• Paragraphs: no indentation (first line 0 cm).

• Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt.

• Headings and subheadings should follow the provided template.

5. Sections

• Introduction: Background, purpose, methodology, significance of results.

• Methodology: Detailed enough to allow replication of the study.

• Findings: Should support the purpose and problem of the research; presented with tables, figures, graphics, or images where appropriate.

• Discussion: Highlight the significance of the results without repeating them.

• Conclusion: Summarize main findings; provide recommendations or applicability.

6. Tables, Figures, and Equations

• Table and figure captions: clear and understandable, Times New Roman, 11 pt.

• Tables/figures not referenced in the text should not be included.

• Equations: placed on a separate line, clearly presented, consecutively numbered, aligned to the right.

7. References and Citations

• Citations should follow APA style.

• Examples: (Yazıcı, 2019: 12), (Senemoğlu, 2004), (Grady et al., 2019).

• References should appear at the end of the text under the heading REFERENCES, arranged alphabetically by the author’s surname.

• Formatting: hanging indent.

• Only sources cited in the text should be included in the reference list.

8. File Format and Submission

• File format: MS Word (.doc or .docx).

• Full papers must be submitted via the official symposium email address.

9. File Naming Rule
After completing the downloaded template, please save your file according to one of the following formats:

• Living Heritage – Our Motifs – Title. Full Name. Paper Title or Artwork Title
