4. International Participants (Outside Türkiye)

5. Additional Information

  • VAT is included.

  • A “Certificate of Participation” will be issued only to those who have paid the participation fee, completed their registration, and delivered their presentations.

Services included in the participation fee:

  • Name badge

The participation fee must be transferred to the account number indicated on the symposium website no later than the final registration date, and the payment receipt must be sent to: yasayanmiras.motif@gmail.com

  • Publication of the congress abstract e-book with ISBN

  • Publication of the congress full-text e-book with ISBN

  • Certificates of participation for authors

  • Paid participation fees are non-refundable.

  • In the description section of the payment receipt, the author’s title (if any), name, paper title, and type of participation (Online / On-site) must be clearly stated.

Symposium paper and exhibition participation fees shall be transferred to the IBAN number specified below. The payment description must clearly include: “Name Surname – Participation Fee”.

6. Notes

  • Academics participating with a paper will not be required to pay an additional fee for the exhibition catalogue or exhibition participation. These services are included in the participation fee.

  • The participation fees cover the symposium folder, participation certificate, breakfast/lunch, e-proceedings book, and the scientific evaluation process.

  • Participation in our symposium also contributes to our goals of building a sustainable and ethical academic organization.
